Language and culture is the two categories that have close relation to each other, every language of the world is rooting into its own cultural garden, however, by the geographical, social, political and living styles differences between every ethnic group, there are more special points of each language. At the age of cultural globalization, translation already became not the changing between two different language but the interpreting between two different culture. "Xi You Ji"included Ru, Shi, Tao three different cultural figures inside, each of these figures has preaching the three different culture. The work to translate this novel into any other language depend on how to understand and interpret these three different culture. Importance of this issue is about to clearly show the original text into interning language reader. However, there are no more specific articles have researching about the translating of these figures names in "Xi You Ji".For the goal to rethink the interpreting ways of the figures names in this novel, I have devised these names and translating ways into three different types. In this paper,I have to discuss the ways to translate these names from Chinese text into Uighur and communicating of different cultures. After i have analyzed the Chinese text and Uighur text of this novel, i found that the translator used better ways to handle this work, these translating ways the translator have used in the Uighur text included:1. Transliteration; 2. Free translation; 3. Literal translation; 4. Trans-literal and interpretative translation; 5. Free and transliteration; 6. Trans-literal and literal translation etc. Translator keep the principle to interpret original culture in translating text, the translating text has shown that there are more literal translating ways when the translator handle these names. Say it in direct, when the translator doing this work, he has never use the way to only show original culture but also show the secondary culture. At the same time, because the cultural difference between Chinese and Uighur languages, translator has some names in translating text that cant be so clear to reader. However, this not because translator has payed attention to this but because the differences between Chinese and Uighur culture.
