Since the 21 st century, the relationship between each country has been impact by the deepening of the globalization and world economic integration. The international communication has become more closely and frequently. More and more people are beginning to ask for information about the overall economic situation and today’s trend of the world. On September 6th, 2013, the eighth summit of G20(G20) that has high-profile was ended in Russia’s second largest city, St Petersburg. In a news conference after the meeting, President Barack Obama made an important speech and answered the reporter’s questions. There are three main points in his speech: first, he evaluated the position of the G20 summit. Second, he listed some important measures and significance that the United States as the world’s economic source has been done in some in aspect of the economy. Last, he talked about the problems that G20 faced with and the threat of Syria’s chemical weapons use.As is known to all, the interpretation should be faithful to the original, while political speech are more stringent of faithfulness, but this is not to say, we should adhere to the original text unduly. This paper is a simulation practice about the speech of president Obama, it analyze the problems encountered in the practice process and put forward reasonable and feasible approaches.This paper plan to study the practice process and the application of the conversion of sentence components in sight interpretation combining the simulation practice under the principal of syntactic linearity and paraphrase, then put forward the specific thinking in sight interpretation.This report can be divided into four parts: Part One is the introduction; it talks about the background, main idea and writing motivation of the project, in order to make the readers understand what kind of the materials we choose and why we choose it as subject material. Part two is the procedure of the project, including the rationale and practice process. It mainly introduces the rationale and operation procedure. Part three is the analysis of the project, under the support of rationale, the paper simulate the interpreting practice, and evaluate it. So we can discuss on the premise of speed rate, how to interpret accurately and consistently in sight interpreting, in order to make the version sounds smooth and natural. Part four is the conclusion; it concludes the experience, practice value and challenges in doing this project.
