The Investment Of Children’s Erhu Education In Dongtai City

Located besides the Yellow Sea, with outstanding people and a long history, Dongtai has an excellent traditional culture. This city bears children’s erhu as one of its local characteristics and won "city of children’s erhu culture and arts",which is the unique one all around China. As a county-level city, why the art of Erhu develops so well? What the recent developping status is? Based on the literature research and field survey, this thesis focuses on children’s erhu education in dongtai, explores the deep-seated reasons of why Dongtai can gained the unique honorary title, survey the developping status, find the arising problems and then find the method to slove them, therefore seeking the breakthrough for the futher development of children’s erhu education in Dongtai.This paper is divided into six parts:The introduction part mainly summarizes the related background of Dongtai’s erhu education, the research purpose and significance, status and methods.The first chapter elaborates development process of Children’s erhu education in Dongtai and reviews the education experiences and achievements.The second chapter analalizes the development situation of children’s erhu education in Dongtai through the questionnaire and interview investigation.The third chapter analyzes the reasons why the name "city of children’s erhu culture and arts" formed, meanwhile compares Dongtai’s education with Jiangyin’s in order to find the advantages and disadvantages.The fourth chapter is the thinkings of children’s erhu education in Dongtai, mainly includes the emerging problems and the solutions, and the idea for the future development.Last part is the comprehensive summary of children’s erhu education in Dongtai.
