With the development of the digital new media technology, building brand become an important task of enterprise development. Changes in the new digital media technology constantly updated, and it also constantly changes the way of brand building in the same time. The rapid development of new media technology has brought the revolutionary change to the traditional media technology, and constantly changed the theory of brand building under the traditional media. The fragmentation of information under the new media environment brought more building ideas to building brand.Through studying of the theory of the real estate brand building in the environment of digital new media, it summarizes the real estate brand construction and building the foundation of the strategy.
