Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) that appeared in the western countries, has developed more than ten years In China. As an important part of the construction of enterprises Visual Images, Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) that plays a key role in market economy which is getting daily invigorated. Has win more and more attention from enterprises. Based on the defects of the real estate enterprises in the visual image, this paper made a thoroughly research, as well as the interaction of the important role that Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) plays in the construction of real estate companies brand image.It is well known that the scope of the spread and influence of the visual is the most comprehensive, the most specific and most effective. It can be expressed completely which is enterprise management concept and enterprise spirit through visual identify. It can make a deep impression on consumers in a very short time, for attaining the goal of establish a good enterprise image. Enterprise Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) undoubtedly can achieve the goal.As a pillar industry in China’s economic construction, real estate companies plays a crucial role in maintain stable and rapid development of China’s economic construction. Because of its characteristics and constraints of the market economy, practical operation of the Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) and theoretical study of real estate companies are in the primary stage. With economic development, real estate industry develop in full swing, but competition is fierce. In the face of rational and discerning consumers, they must rethink how to enterprises. The constraints of national policy, the proliferation of similar products on the market and mature consumer psychology make the development difficult. A good corporate image is becoming a key factor on the consumer. Creating a good corporate image not only helps to increase customer loyalty and reputation, is also a sign whether business is good. At this point, improved Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) is undoubtedly the extra points for the enterprise, allowing the real estate enterprises to create a good corporate image, and keep more existing customers, develop more potential customers. This article started form the origin of the Visual Identity System (Ⅵ),then give its detailed elaboration on the concept and development of applications for the course. Systematic introduce the Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) and examine the economic and social impact of Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) on the role of business in today’s social development.Development in China as exotic, Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) is apparently more mature, the application is also very systematic, but its application in the real estate industry has a lot of problems. Most real estate companies think its useless ignoring the importances; some enterprises have used it, but they are full of mistakes in the application process, so that the Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) did not play its due role, becoming a furnishing. More enterprises recognize the importance of the Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) with good corporate, but without timely management, Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) cannot exert full advantages.Based on a series of problems of the applications of Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) in real estate enterprises, the author proposes same improved methods. And it carefully describes design, implement, application, management and post-evaluation of Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) in this paper. Real estate enterprises only carries on application and management according to the requests of Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) strictly, could just play its due role, for the purpose of providing better service to the management and development,bring proper economic benefits for them when Visual Identity System (Ⅵ) fully express the spirit and idea of real estate enterprises.
