The Analysis Of The Problems In Current Private English Training Organizations In Urumqi City And The Recommended Solutions

The private English training organizations have integrated into the whole educational cause of Urumqi City. Today, globalization and on-line courses have greatly increased the importance of English not only as a language to communicate but also as an access to educational resources, which has triggered enormous demands in language training market.To satisfy and benefit from this demand, a large number of language tutoring centers and training schools have appeared, confronting the administrative authorities with various challenges. Since China started encouraging their development, to produce workable monitoring measures, Chinese scholars had already been engaged in the study of private educational sectors both at home and abroad. However, only a small contribution has been made by scholars about the development and status of private educational sectors in Xinjiang province; studies concerning the private English training organizations in Urumqi are even scarce. The private educations in Urumqi possess both achievements and problems of their own. They have different merits but share the same problems. With the first-hand knowledge and data collected on-site, I attempt to provide suggestions on the solutions of their problems,by comparing and contrasting two typical cases of private educational organizations in Urumqi. I believe wholesome growth of the private English training organizations would make great contributions to a better life of local people and to the advance of the society.
