Xin Jiang Construction Of The Republic Of China(1912-1949) Under The Background Of The Northwest Development

In the period of the Republic of China,the government and the social people from all field are all attention to the development of the northwest China.The construction of Xinjiang which based on this background,has made many achievements.It has far-reaching significance to study the construction of Xinjiang in the Republic of China under the background of the development of northwest China.However,the academic circles mostly concentrate on study the construction of the Gansu,Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi and other places,the research that taking Xinjiang as the main body are very few.It’s more less to research Xinjiang’s construction in the national specific strategy of development northwest China.This paper will study Xinjiang’s construction in national strategy of development northwest of China during the Republic of China.Firstly,according to different implementation background of northwest development strategy,the thesis will be divided into three parts to conduct the research. "The development of the northwest" strategy of Xinjiang(1912-1927),the beginning of Xinjiang’s construction in the strategy of "the development of the northwest"(1928-1936) and the Xinjiang’s construction climax in the theory of "the base of establish a state"(1937-1949).It discuss the government’s and the people of all circles known to Xinjiang,construction assumption, construction measures and construction effect under the different strategy background of development the northwest. Finally, this paper gives an objective evaluation to the effect that Xinjiang’s construction in the Republic of China influence the nation and Xinjiang in section 4,under the background of the development of the northwest.According to this research,in the period of the Republic of China,the central government, most of officials and the people are more attention to the construction of Xinjiang; Xinjiang’s economic is the part of the national economic planning in the Republic of China; Xinjiang’s construction of the Republic of China has made many important achievements under the background of the development of Northwest China;Xinjiang’s construction of the Republic of China had a positive impact on the Xinjiang area and the national under the background of the development of northwest China.
