The foundational education pre-school education is the national education system as a whole, as the beginning of a life-long education, the formation of individual personality and the comprehensive, harmonious and healthy development, and improving the quality of education and teaching and the overall promotion of national quality plays a great deal of influence. As pre-school teachers in the teaching guide, its quality determines the quality of pre-school education, that will be key to achieving good teaching. Therefore teachers for pre-school education is particularly important. At present, the development of pre-school education in the reform in our country, preschool teachers in terms of quantity and quality is constantly improving, but still can’t meet the requirements of social progress and the development of pre-school education. Under this form of shock, preschool education major in vocational schools in China, responsible for the burdens of State educational pre-school teachers, is an organic part of preschool teacher training in China, it must assume the responsibility, for young teachers with a deeper exploration of how to develop high-quality and research. Art is a tool for children to express ideas, preschool art education is based on the mental and physical development of preschool children with purpose and plan for arts education activities to satisfy children expression, manifestation and creation needs. To promote the all-round and harmonious development of children for the purpose of full development of children’s intelligence, is the quality of basic education. Fine arts education for preschool children in activities, children are active learners, teachers, there was an active supporter and leader, plays a very important role in education. Today’s China vocational school preschool art class as a compulsory subject, however, in art education teaching has many problems, such as teaching methods, educational psychology, teacher and student evaluation, curriculum and other issues, and teachers in professional teaching issues, student problems in weak Foundation is the parents themselves. Investigate in this paper, several schools in Guiyang to analyze the causes of these problems and in view of this, explore some effective strategies of preschool art teaching in vocational schools, with a view to providing references for art teaching.Discussion paper is divided into five parts: the first part preamble.This paper explains the causes, to define the concepts of preschool art education, the study method and significance.The second part, general overview of preschool art education, including the significance of art education for young children.The third part, through the w vocational schools and vocational schools in Guiyang in Guiyang survey interviews and throughout the research process and methods one by one. Guiyang City, then summed up the situation of preschool education major in art education teaching survey results.Part four, preschool art education in vocational schools in Guiyang City analysis of the survey results, and outlines problems of art education.Part v, Guiyang City, in view of the above problems faced by pre-school art education, as well as the analysis of its causes, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
