Secondary vocational education is an important part of our country’s education, which plays an important role in the cultivation of talents. In recent years, with the continuous rise of higher vocational colleges, it has caused a great challenge to the teaching of vocational colleges. In this case, the pre school education in the secondary vocational school, also in the training of personnel to expand the students’ comprehensive skills, especially in the piano teaching reform, a lot of attempts. The preschool education in Renxian County vocational education center is one of the characteristics of the school, and the piano teaching can further improve the students’ professional ability, so the piano teaching in the teaching of vocational school is also quite concerned. As a professional piano teaching staff, we are committed to the development of the piano teaching, expand the teaching of multiple channels to continue to enrich the students’ piano skills, although some progress has been made, but also can not be ignored in the practice of piano teaching is facing real problems. We found in the teaching practice of secondary vocational schools, the factors that affect the improvement of the ability of the students’ piano is very complicated, and it is also a comprehensive problem. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the teaching characteristic and the structure of the talented person. Therefore, the author thinks that for some practical problems existing in the teaching of piano, and piano teaching activities to continue to reform, so as to in preschool education development in practice constantly improve kindergarten teachers majoring in piano skills and levels to help them in future employment practices have a more solid piano skills.This article mainly from the following aspects: the first part is the research background and significance of this topic, domestic and international literature review and research methods, ideas, difficulties, content of the discussion. The second part is the analysis of the piano teaching in Renxian County Vocational Education Center, which mainly includes the quality of students, the investigation of the teaching contents, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching practice and teaching evaluation. The third part is the analysis of the existing problems in the teaching of the piano teaching in Renxian County Vocational Education Center. Mainly include the students’ professional quality needs to be improved, the parties on the piano teaching to understand the lack of the design level of the piano teaching content, teaching form of the lack of development and integration, teaching methods of a single lack of innovation, lack of diversity in the selection of teaching materials, the lack of sound teaching evaluation system, and so on. The fourth part is the research on the development strategy of the Renxian County Vocational Education Center, including the comprehensive development of students’ ability to realize the music, changing the piano teaching in all aspects, enriching the contents of the piano teaching, innovating the teaching method of the multi- teaching method, and the adjustment of the scientific and perfect teaching evaluation system. The fifth part is the conclusion, which summarizes the whole thesis.
