A Study On The Relationship Between Interpersonal Relationship, Social Support And Relapse Tendency Of Drug Rehabilitation Personnel

Objective : To study the relationship between interpersonal relationship, social support and relapse tendency of drug rehabilitation personnel.Methods : 122 drug rehabilitation personnel were examined by social networks inventory（SNI）, social support rating scale（SSRS）,“me-not me” single target implicit association test program（ST-IAT）, 95 of them were valid simple. The analysis of those statistics adopts correlation analysis, regression analysis, and intermediary effect test etc.by SPSS 20.0.Result : The scale of psychological, collective, individual and the ideal quadrant in interpersonal relationship of drug rehabilitation personnel were respectively 3.02±1.84 、 0.63±0.73 、 0.56±0.82 and0.77±0.93, and it was significantly lower than that of normal people（p<0.05）;The self- assessment intimacy of psychological quadrant and individual quadrant of drug rehabilitation personnel were significantly lower than those in normal persons(t_（95）=1.835,p=.070;t_（95）=4.434,p=.000),and the evaluation of intimacy by others of psychological quadrant, collective quadrant, individual quadrant was the same as the situation(t_（95）=3.823,p=.000;t_（95）=2.041,p=.047;t_（95）=5.296,p=.000),but the self- assessment intimacy of the ideal quadrant was significantly higher than that of the normal people( t_（95）=-4.067,p=.000);In addition to the ideal quadrant,the interpersonal relationship of drug rehabilitation personnel was significantly positively correlated with the social support（p<0.05）,and psychological quadrant could effectivelypredict their social support（β=.489,p=.000）; Mental quadrant in the interpersonal relationship of drug rehabilitation personnel could effectively predict their relapse tendency（β=.293,p=004）;The objective social support of drug rehabilitation personnel could effectively predict their relapse tendency（β=.311,p=.002）, and played a complete mediation effect between the psychological quadrant and the relapse tendency（p<0.05）.Conclusion: The interpersonal relationship of drug rehabilitation personnel is poor; Through objective social support, the psychological quadrant of interpersonal relationships affect their relapse tendency.
