Individuals’ impulsive behavior will be different if they are on different mood states. Individual who were in Substance addiction, they will be more impulsive and irrational. Delay discounting task measure the impulsive decision behavior under real-time status, which may be affected by emotions, and be affected by individual differences too. Objective:We Discussed what are the differences of the addicts of high or low impulse in decision-making behavior(delay discounting task) of different mood states. Methods:We use e-prime program to edit delay discounting tasks, and the international affective picture as mood priming material in experiment 1,so as to compare the general mood state(positive mood, negative mood and neutral), impulse(high and low) of the delay discounting rate(k) on the addicts. In experiment 2,we further discussed if the delay discounting will be effected by the mood when drug cues exposed to the addicts. Results: The ordinary pictures failed to priming positive mood of the addicts; The high/low impulse has an significant main effect on neutral and negtive mood state,F(1, 2)=8.931, p< 0.01;mood main effect is not significant,F<1;So as the interaction of mood and impulsive,F<1.The pictures of drug cues are succeed to priming corresponding mood of the addicts; The PA of positive group has no significant difference on pre-post test, t(12)=0.544, p>0.05;but NA was not, t(12)=1.908, p<0.05; The PA of Negative group has an significant difference on pre-post test, t(12)= 2.365, p<0.05; NA has an significant difference too, t(12)=3.129, p<0.01).In experiment 2,we found impulsive has an significant main effect, F(1,38)=27.012, p<0.01; The main effect of mood was significant too, F(2,38)=31.349, p< 0.01; but the interaction of impulsive and mood was not significant, F(2,38)=2.210, p>0.05.Conclusion:The pictures of drug cues are succeed to priming corresponding mood of the addicts;the addicts who were on negtive mood get higher delay discounting rate, than the others no positive mood and neutral;and the addicts who had high impulsive get higher delay discounting rate, than the others had low impulsive.
