Objective: interest in learning and emotional intelligence Based on the rural high school students lack of empirical research, as well as the new high school curriculum reform in the need to respect individual differences of students, the study by designing a set of fun, levels, practical, comprehensive, open of biological personalized jobs for high school students perform community intervention trials, hoping to make the students to experience the fun of the job, so as to improve interest in learning and emotional intelligence purposes.Methods: In this study, we chose two natural classes in Anhua County as the research object, and the experimental group was designed by ourselves. Before and after the experiment were treated with Jiang Kidman in the preparation of the Middle School Students Biology Learning Interest Questionnaire ", Schutte et al. Revision of the" emotional intelligence scale "and the biological result examine students’ interest in learning, emotional intelligence, and biological performance were compared.Results: 1.before the intervention: the experimental group and control group students in learning interest, emotional intelligence and biological performance score and all dimensions were no significant difference, showed that the selected two natural classes for the group. 2. After the experiment: experimental class before and after the intervention measure of interest in learning score(t=2.17, P < 0.05), emotional intelligence scores(t=-2.65, P < 0.05) and Biology scores(t=-6.23, P < 0.001) significant differences; the control class in the level of interest in learning and emotional intelligence level does not exist significant differences and the biology achievements(t=-3.90, P < 0.001) were significantly different.3. The tracking results: experimental class before measuring and tracking test in the learning interest(t=2.63, P < 0.05), emotional intelligence(t=-3.35, P < 0.01) and biological performance score(t=-8.24, P < 0.001) significant difference posttest and follow-up tests without significant difference.Conclusion:1. Biological personalized operation can improve the rural students’ interest in learning, emotional intelligence level and biology results; 2. Biological personalized operation scheme has a certain effect of intervention and intervention has a certain degree of stability.
