From 1992 by the establishment of China and South Korea diplomatic relation till now, the relationship between our country and neighboring South Korea is more and more closely. Recent years between the two countries there is a frequent communication in politics, economy, culture and other fields. Nowadays more and more people are learning Chinese in South Korea. Since2004 the first Confucius institute over the world in Seoul South Korea normally established, it have had 20 Confucius institutes and 5 Confucius classrooms in South Korea, hundreds of colleges and universities set up a Chinese major. The HSK examination is accepted by more and more Korean companies, the number of examinees in South Korea is more than one hundred thousand people a year, which is the largest number of countries around the world. Besides, the students from middle school and high school even primary school and kindergarten are started to learn Chinese. Chinese has become the largest number of the second language choice by high school students. Therefore,it have produced numberous sizes of Chinese training institutions from Seoul to other cities. The author as a Chinese teacher was teaching in Chinaro Chinese training school(Jongno branch) which is located in Seoul. Chinaro has a long history and founded in the time of the establishment of China and South Korea diplomatic relations. From 1992 till now,Chinaro is a institute of a certain size and specially for Chinese learning.The first chapter of the paper describes the origin of selecting this topic, the purpose, the significance,the background and the methods of the research.The second part is a detailed introduction of Chinaro’s Chinese teaching current situation by four aspects, such as the construction of Chinese teachers team, the selection of Chinese teaching materials, Chinese courses and the current situation of learners, combined with the issuing questionnaires to students.The third chapter analyzed the problems of Chinaro’s Chinese teaching, such as, teachersteam, teaching materials, Chinese courses, the management of Chinaro and classroom teaching.The last part put forward some suggestions for the future development of Chinaro’s Chinese language teaching to solve these five problems: the teaching of teachers, the compiling for the teaching materials for Chinese as a second language, the course arrangement, the management of Chinaro and classroom teaching.The conclusion part mainly describe the innovation and shortcomings of the thesis.Through the above analysis, we can see the advantages of Chinaro on Chinese teaching to Korean, there are many worthy of our learning and reference; But it still have development potential and space, it also has some deficiencies and shortcomings. In this paper, the author is aim to Chinaro institute of Chinese language in teaching, teaching material, education, curriculum and other aspects of analysis, summarizes the advantages, to find its shortage, analysis the reason, put forward the proposal, gave a piece of contribution in this area for the future of teaching Chinese as a foreign language training institution.
