| This article is a based on Experiencing Spirituality:Finding Meaning Through Storytelling written by American psychologist. in the report, the introduction part and translation practice in the first chapter is written as the translation practice report. The purpose of this report is to connect what they have learned during the period of learning professional knowledge with the concrete practice. In addition, this report analyzed translation practice and related translation theory and translation strategies. It also obtained the most suitable translation strategies of the practical style type optimal translation strategies, benefiting for the future translation practice and researching of similar text that provides enlightenment and reference.The report is divided into four parts:The first part is the translation task description, including the background of the characters, the author-related background and the characteristics of the election of syntax and the problems encountered; The second part is the translation process, including three part-preparation, the process after translation and the part of review. The preparation includes three parts of information integration, extensive reading and intensive reading. Translation process records the implementation of translation plan. The translation review includes two parts-self-review and the review of the instructor. The third part is the translation case analysis, summarizing the types in the practice of translation style, analyzing on the theoretical thinking and solving process and summarizing the translation strategies for such problem and difficulties encountered.
