At present, the study of personality traits and psychological contract is not common in foreign countries,and there is little in the country. This paper studies from the perspective of personality traits, to explore the relationship between the personality traits and psychological contract of the special group of graduates. Treat on different personality traits and psychological contract of this year’s graduates with corresponding incentives and management measures, thus it is possible to fully realize the individual’s professional potential. Effectively improve the management efficiency. This article uses the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method, use of Spss to collect the survey data processing analysis. The results showed that, personality traits and psychological contract are the most significant emotional based personality characteristics. This shows that the psychological contract of graduates by the personality trait shown is based more on emotion, emotional aspects and control. To analyze the gender, origin, educational background, subject, only case as a single variable in the demographic variables. The results showed that men were generally higher than women in emotional stability, openness and accountability;In the psychological contract of the urban and rural areas, the practical responsibility is higher than the rural area; In emotional stability, college graduates scored significantly lower than undergraduate and graduate students; The emotional stability of science and engineering is significantly higher than other subjects; In extraversion scores, only children scored significantly higher than non only child.Therefore, managers should take different incentives to different place of origin, education, discipline, only case students of this year’s graduates. At the same time, it has different incentive policies to carry out the psychological contract in the personality traits,so as to eventually make the organization and the graduates to get long-term development. At the same time, managers through the understanding of the emotional appeal of this year’s graduates to communicate, the effect is more obvious, the greater the probability that the two sides will reach a satisfactory agreement.
