Case Study On "Fei Yang Tian Xia", A Culture Industry Equity Crowdfunding Project

There are some important highlight and interpretation about the popular topic like "NEW OTCBB" and some innovative experience, such as "repurchase agreement", vertical specialization platform, combining form crowdfunding,020 model of project acquisition and promotion, media operation and social crowdfunding, etc. Secondly, as a high-risk emerging financial thing, this culture enterprise "Fei yang tian xia" offers more future financing projects the risk-controlling experience by the analysis of it did for controlling the several potential risk in the case.
