"Bottom line ethics" phenomenon, refers to the behavior morally wrong and ethical rules and beyond the limits of things. From 1996, the party’s resolution about the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, we spent almost all of the education and cultural resources, but this kind of phenomenon has not been anticipated change.
