Research On The Operation Strategy Of China’s Sports Dance Club

The sports dance has deep artistic connotation,which helps to cultivate the body and strengthen the body,and has been earnestly loved by the masses of the society,especially the youth group.With the rapid development of China’s economy,people began to pay more and more attention to physical fitness as well as spiritual and cultural needs,and the sports fitness industry gradually grew into the current hot industry.And the sports dance club is based on the reform of sports system reform and market economic system,which is a new form of sports organization,which is the product of the socialization of physical fitness.This research mainly in sports dance for research purposes for the problems in the process of operation,using the theory of marketing,enterprise management theory and industrial economics theory and other aspects of academic knowledge,to Nanchang 9 sports dance in the club to carry out the situation to carry on the thorough analysis and research,and adopts the literature,field survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of four kinds of research methods,found in the process of sports dance management has the following problem: the first is the sports dance club’s poor infrastructure,set by the project,it led to a high degree of homogeneity of sports dance club,a vicious competition;Second is operating mode and operating time of the sports dance club is unreasonable,has led to a sports dance club management efficiency greatly reduced,will affect the future development of sports dance club.Thirdly,the level of technical level and business level of the coaches of dance sport will not reach the ideal level,which will affect the teaching level of sports dance,thus reducing the quality of teaching.The fourth is the lack of business strategy,which can not meet the needs of consumers.It is easy to lose a large number of consumers and is extremely detrimental to the healthy development of the industry.So,according to the current Nanchang city sports dance management problems in the process,this study put forward the following Suggestions: first,according to club homogeneity of problem,can consider to use chain operation mode,can make use of this kind of management pattern inherent scale effect,thereby eliminating defects of sports dance club industry diversification management in our country;Secondly,for the unreasonable operation mode,clubmanagers should pay attention to improve their quality,so that they can use scientific management methods to run sports dance clubs.In view of unreasonable operation time,club managers need toincrease their marketing efforts at other times.Thirdly,the technical level and business level of sports dance coaches are not high,so club managers need to make a strict recruitment system and strictly monitor the recruitment process.Fourth,aiming at the problem of lack of sports dance club management strategy,the need to expand on the cost of investment in the club,not at the expense of the needs of customers and cost savings,and to increase the input to customer’s requirement.
