From China’s economic development, enhance national aesthetic, graphic design industry progress in three areas analyzed real estate brand visual identity design trends.With the development of the times, in addition to affecting the strength of the developers,engineering quality, national policy and a series of factors, real estate a good visual image is becoming the main attraction of the owners, create a good visual image of the beneficial owners of the enterprise to increase praise degree, but also marks a mature enterprise or not.In the first chapter of the paper on the domestic real estate brand visual identity elements of growth and made some sort, and the relationship between the two; the second chapter describes the main elements of real estate brand visual identity design considerations,combined with the specific case for analysis; the third chapter as the focus of this paper by analyzing the impact of China’s economic development, improvement, plane industry’s progress on the evolution of the national real estate brand aesthetic visual image brought, and with case specific analysis; final thesis summed up the real estate brand visual identity status and personalized, humane, dynamic trend in the real estate industry in the future and strive to provide a visual image of the reference design.In this paper, we collected a large number of real estate industry of the visual image, and a visual image related books, online information, books, etc., but also on several real estateanalysis and research, in order to sort out the real estate brand visual identity design trends.
