Investigation on learning burnout, Resiliency and perception of school climate disposition of 549 Junior Middle School Students from 3 schools in the area of shijiazhuang was carried out by the methods of questionaire.This thesis has the following proposals:(1) On the whole,the JuniorMiddle School Students’ learning burnout has significant differences in the grade, whether or not acting as managers from pupils,academic achievements self-assessment.(2) The Junior middle school students’ Resiliency has significant differences in the grades,whether or not acting as managers from pupils, academic achievements self-assessment.(3) The perception of school climate has significant differences in the gender,whether or not acting as managers from pupils,grades,academic achievements self-assessment.(4) There was correlation among learning burnout,resiliency, and perception of school climate.Learning burnout and resiliency were negatively correlated;learning burnout and perception of school climate were negatively correlated;Resiliency was in significant positive correlation with perception of school climate.(5) Goal focused,Emotional control,family support and interpersonal support had significant negative predictive effect on the learning burnout;relationship between teachers and students,order and discipline,variety had significant negative predictive effect on the learning burnout,study pressure had significant positive predictive effect on the learning burnout.(6) Resiliency plays a partial mediating role between perception of school climate and learning burnout. Perception of school climate can directly affect learning burnout, and can also indirectly affect learning burnout through the intermediary role of resiliency.Finally,based on the conclusions and research process,some suggestions are proposed.To lay a foundation for future study,the value and shortage of this thesis is pointed.
