Vocational students peer group interaction means the occurrence of vocational students in such a specific group,through language, behavior, etc.occurred in the sum of all kinds of material or moral as age, interests, attitudes, values and other aspects of closer communication and contact between people.After children go to secondary school,Peer group influence will become increasingly important.From fifteen or sixteen to eighteen-year-old,Peer group influence is most pervasive.Vocational students in the process of socialization,Peer group interaction both vocational students social network of the composition, it is building a new vocational school students practice social network, it is the nearest value of environmental to the Vocational students.Studying the Vocational School Students of Peer Group Communication has a strong necessity to promote the development of vocational education and vocational students socialized.The existence of peer groups and the physical and mental development requilements of vocational students fit adolescence, it is conducive to the healthy development of vocational students psychological, vocational students in the cause of independence and social progress has significance.So, certainly in the mainstream youth peer groups is the pursuit of progress, under the premise of positive, should take all measures to guide peer groups play a positive role in the moral education of vocational students, to overcome and avoid its negative effects.Strengthen psychological counseling class to correct the negative effects of peer groups, peer counseling and vigorously carry out activities to safeguard the healthy development of vocational students mental peer group.Undoubtedly, all aspects of vocational students learning, living, values formation and other peer groups all have different Degree of influence, and how these effects are produced, and how changing vocational students learning, communication Methods and values?Based on the research process, the people of this theory is based on the use of "Interpersonal Relations Scale" as a research tool, combining the characteristics of student development, to develop intervention programs, intervention training, vocational students explore Peer Group Interpersonal Communication on College Students relations.
