Mental health problems of secondary vocational school students has been widespread attention in the education problems, and interpersonal problems in mental health is the priority among priorities research. Wang Yao through the survey and research related to think that, in a large part of students in interpersonal aspects of stout certain defects, and this part of secondary vocational school students are strongly in the inner desire interaction with others. Zhang Gaiye through the investigation and Study on the long-term eventually found:most students in the school after all have let myself upset, but the most upset them is their poor interpersonal skills, be effective networking and others difficult. They are puzzled as to how to behave and express themselves, how to deal with relationship between the teachers and students, the relationship between how to deal with specific. To make a long story short, interpersonal problems have become an important psychological problems of vocational students, how to effectively solve interpersonal problems of vocational students, improve the students ability of interpersonal communication, it has become a hot issue in the research and practice of psychological counseling.Research shows that:the use of group counseling can improve students interpersonal skills. But through access to the relevant literature, the author found that the research on related problems in a certain lack of systematic, should be more systematic discussion on the problem. Based on this situation, the author in this paper to how to improve vocational school students interpersonal skills as the main research object through the group psychological counseling, and the use of group counseling on Improving Vocational Students’interpersonal skills to carry on concrete. The results show that:the use of group psychological counseling can improve students interpersonal skills in a certain extent. Secondary vocational school students due to bad interpersonal relationship and the adverse emotions are improved; vocational school students interpersonal level has been improved.Interpersonal problems of secondary vocational school students is the impact of vocational students learning and life, the future development of an important issue, the research of this problem can improve the empirical and theoretical reference for improving the secondary vocational school students interpersonal skills. Coupled with the research for the issues related to the lack of systematic, this also gives the theoretical significance of this study, some practical significance and innovation significance.
