Diversification Research On The Development Of Music Of The Sheng Performer Zhang Yue-jin

In recent years, with the constant development of music culture, the society needs more and more music professionals. At the same time, music departments in many regular higher educational institutions in China are being set up because of the fast development of music education, which leads to the great increase of the professional teachers and the students in number.The professional music teachers, as the teaching subject of regular higher educational institutions, bear teaching tasks of different majors for the talent cultivation of music in colleges and universities. Therefore, the diversified development of the teachers’professional skills is more expected, especially for the excellent professional music teachers, they should improve their professional skills and teaching skills.I met with professor Zhang Yuejin, the former dean of the School of Music from Hebei Normal University, the postgraduate tutor, Sheng performer. The conversation with him makes me know more on this problem and helps me find out the new direction to be an excellent professional music teacher.In this thesis, the decades of professional development and music educational practice of professor Zhang Yuejin is studied comprehensively, which may help us to know more clearly that how to be an excellent professional music teacher. At the same time, some proposals are put forward by the author on how to develop professional skills and teaching skills of professional music teachers’in regular higher educational institutions.
