However the forestry workers had a variety of problems that had influenced their job. In this article, we pursue a partial answer to this question by building the psychological mechanism model of the workers’sustainable developmention in the career. This study used the questionnaire method to find the different traits and taked 450 forestry workers (collected 387 effective questionnaire survey) as the research object who worked at three forestry center in the Guangzhou Province and Fujian Province. Tlrough analyzing the data by using analysis software SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0, we can get the following conclusions:(1) Verifying that the double-paths mode! of the job resourses and the job requirements affect forestry workers happiness. The results had found that a. job requirements and happiness turned to be significant positive correlation; b. work-inference-family played a mediating effect in the progress that job requirements affected happiness; c. job requirements and work-inference-family turned to be significant positive correlation and job resourses played an decreasing effect; d. job resourses and happiness turned to be significant positive correlation:e. work-advancement-family played a mediating effect in the progress that job resourses affected happiness. (2) Personality traits played the regulating effect on the double-paths model. The study had found that extraversion and agreeableness had the positive influence in the progress that work-inference-family played the negative correlation with happiness, agreeableness played the regulating effect between the work-advancement-family and happiness, and agreeableness had the positive influence in the progress that work-advancement-family played the positive correlation with happiness. (3) The increasing-path in the double-path model had the more influencement on burnout and turnover intention than the decreasing-path. (4) In the psychological mechanism model of the workers’sustainable developmention in the career, the double-paths model affected the whole model as the mediated moderator. The article found that when the openness was the independent variable, the decreasing-path had a part of the role; when the conscientiousness was the independent variable, the decreasing-path had the whole role to affect the model; and when neuroticism was the independent variable, the increasing-path had a part of the role. In the conclusion, the managers should be concerned about the multiple perspectives of workers in order to reduce their burnout and turnover intention, to promote sustainable development of forestry workers career. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Big Five Personality Traits, Double-paths, Burnout, Tumover Intentio | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
