Given the nature and content of the study, the main basic research methods of folklore, participant observation and deep interviewing combined with the literature study, will be used in this article, forming a cross-cultural comparative study of multidisciplinary cooperation by connecting relative perspectives of the folklore, religious studies and medical ethics.First of all, sorting out the last fifteen years of Qinghai province’s economy, education and medical policies using the literature study states the researching background and bases. Furthermore, focusing on the Moduo Tibetan medical school and field interviewing finds out that Tibetan medical school is a combination of the traditional tibetan medical education and the modern medical education; Tibetan living Buddhas’ individual medical practices and the temple’s cultural environment shape a local characteristic culture. Finally, using the "red envelope and supporting" as an example to compare further the two different doctor-patient relationships concludes that the main reason of the modern doctor-patient relationship is the lack of trust, even though the two medical systems have distinct cultural spaces. Therefore, the harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the Moduo Tibetan medical school may inspire and give some advice that can be applicable to the modern medical system for smoothing the intensive doctor-patient relationship and educate to doctor’ moral.
