A Study On The Cultural Conflict Behavior And Countermeasures Of Outbound Tourism From The Perspective Of Cross Culture

Along with the rapid development of China’s economy, outbound tourism is a new force suddenly rises, become one of the important tourist markets in the world. Chinese citizens outbound tourism has experienced the exploratory development stage, preliminary stage of development, regulate the development stage, rapid development stage, and continued to maintain a good momentum of development. Under this background, more and more Chinese tourists go out of the country, large scale of outbound tourists, in promoting tourism consumption around the world and at the same time, behavior cultural conflict has a direct impact on the image of China "a state of ceremonies". So the outbound tourism in cultural conflict and countermeasures research is very necessary.Culture shock theory and cultural conflict theory is used in this paper, to provide practical and theoretical basis for solving China’s outbound tourism cultural conflict behavior; at the same time, this paper also adopts theoretical research, empirical research, statistical research combined together. Based on outbound travel fly speed development, cultural conflict behavior happens repeatedly and the cultural conflict behavior studies is less, this paper introduces the world civilization system and composition, analysis the causes of cultural conflict behavior of tourism, compared the differences of cross culture and points out the cross-cultural differences in outbound tourism of the specific performance.In the empirical research, mainly discriminating the cross cultural tourism in cultural conflict behavior,and through the concrete case,detailed the concept of uncivilized behavior and cultural conflict behavior, draw a conclusion: Uncivilized behavior, no matter where they may be uncivilized behavior, but the cultural conflict behavior because of cultural differences will have different evaluation results. And outbound tourism as one of a cross cultural tourism, Chinese tourists and residents often to produce cultural conflict, the conflict is t the basis of the behavior of cultural conflict. If we want to reduce the phenomenon of outbound tourism, we should try to eliminate the gap between culture and culture as far as possible.Therefore, this paper said the immigration state should improve cultural identity, tourist should strengthen the propaganda of the culture of the host country, and starting from the angle of tourism related sectors, then puts forward the advice for solving outbound tourism culture conflict behavior.
