A Study On Adverbs About The Category Of "Hao Xiang"

Based on modern Chinese corpus and re lated dictionary works of Peking University entry, Regarding that a small class modal adverbs "Haoxiang, Sihu, Fangfu, Yixi, Yanran, Xiang, Si, Huang, Ruo" as th e research target, adopts the m ethod of combining qualitative and quantitative, from the perspective of semantic,syntactic and pragmaticsThe first part, the introduction part, including the orig in and value of selected topic, and then classifies th e research object, th is paper reviews the current research status of "Haoxiang" kind of m odal adverbs from the class ification, syntactic, semantic and pragmatic functions, grammaticalization perspective.Finally summarizes the existing research achievement and the insufficiency, proposed this article research significance.The second part, sem antic part, refer to the related explanation of the four dictionaries about modal adverbs " Haoxiang, Sihu, Fangfu, Yixi, Yanran, Xiang, Si, Huang, Ruo ", then summed up the semantic characteristics of a single modal adverbs, and their sem antic characteristics of deri vation metaphor, affirmative speculation, negative meaning, subjective and objective aspects.The third p art, the syntactic part, investigates the syntac tic position of the adverbs "Haoxiang" class: at the beginning of the sentence, in the sentences, at the end of the sentence and use alone. Then studied co-occurrence com ponents with the "Haoxiang" class adverbs: with other adve rbs, with other modal adverbs, and with modal verbs, with other words, and with modal particles, as well as "Haoxiang" adverbs small class internal co-occurrence. And routine sequence, and the reasons of change sequence of the "Haoxian g" class ad verbs is s tudied. Through the lis t of corpus statistics of "Haoxiang" kind of adverb syntax is explored.The fourth part, the part of pragmatics, "Haoxiang" kind adverbs of the choice of sentence type, the distribution characte ristics in term s of style. exam ines the pragmatic functions of "Haoxiang" kind of adverbs from stress function, expression function, discourse coherence, discourse markers, etc,The conclusion part, summarized the research contents of this paper, points out the innovations and shortcomings of this article.
