The most serious problem of bringing mobile phone aesthetics into literary aesthetics lies in building a theoretical framework,which involves instrumental nature and without art and aesthetic nature, because people commonly believe that the objects which have consumption and entertainment nature are lack of aesthetics. Obviously, such opinion neglects the penetration and construction force of new media on literary art. The main reason for researching the aesthetic dimension of mobile phone is that the medium of mobile phone greatly affects and reconstructs today’s literary art by changing the external expression way, bearing form, man –machine relationship and emotional experience mode. For the sake of stressing literary art and aesthetic practice, the last thing to be ignored is the correlation between them and daily life(especially the daily emotional life). When the mobile phone has become an organic component of people’s daily life and reconstructed today’s daily life, the relation between mobile phone and literary as well as aesthetics is close unprecedentedly.Mobile phone research in this thesis is conducted from the perspective of aesthetics analysis for the purpose of expanding the new vision of mobile phone medium research and mobile network research, and this thesis discusses the mobile phone as serviceable tool, as aesthetics object, new medium feature andaesthetic property respectively,besides mobile phone exhibits aesthetic mulitidimensionality as well as give birth to new aesthetics paradigm.Chapter I and Chapter II of this paper show survey and analysis on the mobile phone as serviceable tool and aesthetics object. Focus on the analysis of the aesthetic property of mobile phone when being used as tool in the daily life of people. The digital letter symbols on the screen of mobile phone build a new platform for people’s perception and form diversified implying systems, the audio, image and letter perception modules create virtual but vivid aesthetic context, due to the use of various value –added services and integration of many media resources, the mobile phone can integrate multiple dimensions of science and humanism, and people have literary receiving and aesthetic perception dynamically and interactively all weather and in real time by virtue of the literary and aesthetic scenery on mobile phone.Thanks to mobile phone, network spread steps into the time of mobile internet, and information dissemination takes on new look and new characteristics, mainly reflected in new information bearing interface, new information transfer pattern, new communication mode, and new consumption manner. Chapter III and Chapter IV of this paper show the feature of mobile phone medium through comparison with traditional telephone, computer and other media, define the special aesthetic property of mobile phone medium, and discuss multiple dimensions of mobile phone aesthetics. As a new medium, mobile phone has the function of all media before. The mobile phone itself is an aesthetics object in terms of no matter line, size, decoration, color and the special form of bearing information or time form. Because of mobile phone, information materials can be integrated unprecedented in digitization form, organically combining the mobility with interactivity, making man –machine relation become closer than ever before, and producing new aesthetic experience. The aesthetic effect forms amid relation, and lifeless mobile phone generates aesthetics information and achieve aesthetics relation constantly in conversation, sharing, interaction and resonance through man –machine interactive conversation, man –man interactive communication.This paper also tries to put mobile phone aesthetics into larger culture filed for analysis, research the complex relation between mobile phone and culture, society as well as economy, and look forward to the aesthetic new mode raised by mobile phone.
