Cross-cultural adaptation is international Chinese teachers have to face, and teaching cultural differences tend to be the biggest problem, cultural differences not only lengthen the period of cross-cultural adaptation of teachers, but also seriously affect the efficiency of foreign language teaching. Very few studies conducted cultural differences of Chinese international education, capable of binding international Chinese language teachers teaching practice to put forward feasible recommendations are even scarcer. This study can complement studies in this field, but also has a wide range of inspiration for the foreign language teaching and research for other international groups of students to provide a reference paradigm. In this study, groups of students in Thailand as an object, four aspects of language teaching activities in China and Thailand were surveyed by questionnaire from teachers’ etiquette, language teaching, teaching methods and teacher-student relationship. Based on the analysis of survey data, combined practice experience, documentation, observation and interviews resulting material, comparative analysis of cultural differences between China and Thailand language teaching, including teachers’ etiquette, Language of Instruction, teaching methods, teacher-student relationship and teacher education thought. The results showed that there were significant differences in the teaching activities between China and Thailand:(1) Both emphasis on teachers etiquette, but Thailand etiquette teachers more stringent requirements; (2) Chinese teachers and Thailand’s teachers to use the audio language and written language are quite different; (3) Chinese teachers and Thailand’s Teachers choose different teaching methods:Chinese language teachers mainly transmitted based teaching methods, Thai teachers are more inclined to adopt a practical training oriented teaching methods. In addition, Thailand classroom a more active, classroom activities are also more abundant. (4) China and Thailand have different teacher-student relationship, including appearances context, values, communication form and content. (5) Aspects of Teacher Education Thought:Chinese teacher’s emphasis on intellectual and inclined to examination-oriented education; and Thai teachers pay more attention to moral education, to promote quality education.In addition, the study also in terms of geography, history, cultural heritage, and degree Concepts to analyze the cause of language teaching cultural differences 。 Finally, based on the research results, the study form a correct understanding of the cultural exchanges in the teaching activities. And then combined with teaching practice to design international Chinese language teachers to improve teaching efficiency way.
