With the development of foreign Chinese teaching, especially for who taking learning Chinese as a second language, teaching Chinese grammar are non-wholelanguage teaching position in the most central location. Because if there is no set ofwords into a sentence of language rules, a person is unlikely to master a language. Whether grammar textbook relevance and applicability of the Grammar Teaching Quality also plays a key role. The preparation of the Grammar Textbooks and options to explore, whether it is to try to teach learners or those who have a certain reference value.In this paper, based on the "Teaching Foreigners Practical Chinese Grammar" original and revised version of the contrast, select the materials to be adopted to prepare the basic principles to be followed by a critical analysis of its novelty and deficiencies.First of all. this paper uses literature research, the current use of foreign language teaching grammar, syntax, grammar projects and related documentation system to read, summarized the results of previous studies, the author selects the idea to write this article to be adopted. Secondly, the use of comparative analysis, the professor Lu Fubo compiled the "Teaching Foreigners Practical Chinese Grammar", a book relative to other Grammar Textbooks of its own advantages to be described, mainly through comparative analysis of the original and the revised version of the content, to make its summary adjustment and modification of the main grammatical points, combined for Lu Fubo my teacher interviews explore the preparation and revision of intent editor. At last, this paper the author intends to adopt the Grammar Textbooks basic assessment principles of "Teaching Foreigners Practical Chinese Grammar" innovation and critical analysis of areas for improvement.
