The Creating Type Of Sino-Vietnamese Words Research

Long time to contact with Chinese, Vietnamese vocabulary has a large number of Sino-Vietnamese words. However Chinese and Vietnamese scholars have existed different opinions about Sino-Vietnamese words, but they agree that the Sino-Vietnamese words had been important to Vietnamese vocabulary, moreover, it became the most important in Vietnamese. Specially, creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words which made by Vietnamese ways, such as:"hoa hau [hwa:33 h(?)w21] 花后:beauty queen", "be giang [(?)e35 ja:η313] 闭讲:school-year ending", "buu thiep [(?)iW33 t’i(?)p35] 邮帖:postcard", "my pham [mi325 f(?)m313]美品:cosmetics", "kiem ngan [ki(?)m313 η(?)an33] 检银： checking cash", they are different from real Sino-Vietnamese. Creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words more and more increase, because of the flexibility. The thesis would bring to good benefit to teaching Chinese in Vietnam. It would be good reference for Vietnamese students who study Chinese.Research object is creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words, the number of these words about 30% of the total. Creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words are more important for Sino-Vietnamese words system.The thesis used statistics method to collect creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words and classify this data; used semantic analysis method to noted the same and the differences between creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words and real Sino Vietnamese words. The thesis also used induction, deduction, description, questionnaires and other methods to research.The thesis firstly systematizes relevant theory of language contact. Secondly, focus analyzes the voice, semantic and word formation of creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words. Finally, the thesis summarizes the features of creating type of Sino-Vietnamese words.
