Study On The Construction And Management Of Township Cultural Stations In Funing

Since township cultural stations establishment, the public undertaking department has played a significant role in the dissemination of socialist new culture and positive energy, and constantly meet people’s increasing cultural needs. However, with the constant development of economy, people in rural areas require development of basic level culture continuous improvement, cultural demand and cognition. All of these results in the constant improvement of development of grassroots township cultural station. Township cultural station is now faced with many hindering problems as the lack of scientific management means, the lack of professional talents, the use of backward hardware equipment and lack of attention to the culture. Using scientific management means and methods to guide the construction of township cultural stations,it is not only conducive to building a new socialist countryside, but also promotes the construction and development of harmonious society.This essay uses the literature study, questionnaires, interviews, comparative analysis. Applying the public management theory, it sums up and analyzes the township cultural stations in Fu Ning county development issues. By taking the development situation of rural township cultural station of Fu Ning county as the breakthrough and with the analysis of practical problems, this thesis will try to analyze the causes of real problems,then giving some suggestions for the the development of township and village culture exhibition and grassroots culture prosperity. Mainly include the use of scientific management means to improve the level of construction; improve the government functions, improve the cultural construction of cognition; by improving the farmers’ autonomy, develop the grass-roots cultural. By analyzing the problems in the current management and operation of township cultural station, this thesis aims at achieving prosperity of grassroots culture and help promote the steady development of economy and society after getting enough attention form the government and the people.This essay can promote the basis of government cultural construction in the aspect of theory, provides valuable suggestion in practice for the study on the construction and management of township cultural stations.
