Using of Minqin oasis 1994/2004/2009/2014 remote sensing images, the current land use map in Minqin oasis, statistical yearbooks and other relevant statistical data, according to the concept of land use accumulative ecological effect, from three angles—land use resources landscape, sustainable development and regional ecosystem health using landscape pattern index, ecological carrying mode, based on ENVI vegetation coverage respectively choosing landscape fragmentation of land resources, land ecological carrying capacity, fractional vegetation coverage. From the three aspects study the land use accumulative ecological effect. The results as follows:(1)From the horizontal the biggest fragmentation is constructions and plough, from the longitudinal the biggest landscape pattern fragmentation is 1994, the smallest is 2009.(2)Adjusting the yield factor according to the actual situation of Minqin oasis, creating fishnet and combining the model of ecological carrying capacity to estimate the carrying capacity of MinQing Oasis. It is shows that the total carrying capacity and per capita ecological carrying capacity increasing but it is lower than the average of world and Gansu.(3)It is shows that from 1994 to 2009 increasing then decreasing fast of fractional vegetation coverage. But, it’s tends to be more healthy in Minin oasis,overall.(4)In conclusion, the most reasonable land use is in 2009, the lowest reasonable is in 1994.Land use tends to rationalize in the entire study period.
