Currently discovered distribution area is 37.42 hectares, mainly in the Posijiao, Yinwadi and Qiuliangdi plateaus. Linjia sites is rich in content, unearthing more than 3,000 pieces of precious relics, through prehistoric, Han, Tang and Song dynasties all, which lasted 5,000 years. Linjia sites has a far-reaching influence in archeology and plays a very important role in reaserching the history and relationship among Majiayao culture, Qijia culture, and Xindian culture. Linjia sites is suffering from a variety of vandalism and destruction of nature, combining that the sites is not provided full protection and management mechanism, so saving current situation is very worrying, conversation planning work is imminent. With Linjia sites as study object, this paper discusses the mainstream of sites conservation and display status all over the world on the sites of reference as the Linjia sites conversation planning. The paper evaluates the historical and cultural values, preservation condition of the body, the surrounding environment, the traffic situation, managing status, utilization status, etc. of Linjia sites, summarizes the main threats the sites currently facing. For slope problems of the sites, the paper analyses slope stability under different conditions through field sampling, laboratory experiments and FLAC3 D numerical simulation. Upon completion of a full assessment of Linjia sites, the paper discusses Linjia sites conservation planning and display utilization. The results are as follows:(1) The conversation of Linjia is good on the whole, there is no drastic damage and disturbance underground, only the surface and near-surface portion was partially destroyed. The sites existing illegal excavation, underground water erosion monuments relics, the corrosive effects of salt, ruins slope partial collapse, hirataing soil changes the original style of the sites, infrastructure such as road building, electric facility building etc. excavating in the region which causing threats for Linjia sites.(2) With the protection of Linjia sites body and surrounding environment as the core target, this paper re-set the protecting scope, construction controlling areas, and environmental areas of Linjia sites, positioning holes, collapse slopes, drainage ditches, graves, telegraph poles on Linjia sites and counts the number of them. For different types of diseases such as holes, water erosion, salt corrosion, slope collapse, land leveling and infrastructure construction excavation, the paper offers corresponding measures. It also gives environment improvement suggestions surrounding the sites, indicates the main task of archaeological work and research directions of Linjia sites in the future.(3) The paper proposes building Heritage Park, under the premise of sites body, relics, and artifacts’ safety, partitions classification of Linjia sites’ presentation. The main presentation types include exhibition hall display, marking display, relics display, experience display, simulation display and so on. The paper designs Linjia sites’ infrastructure so that Linjia sites will attract the world’s attention and show its splendid historical and cultural value.
