In recent years, Confucius classroom has been established in many secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan and Chinese teaching has increasingly received due attention.However, along with the rapid development of Chinese teaching in secondary schools of Kyrgyzstan, problems are gradually revealed in the class of Chinese teaching.Because there are certain cultural differences between Kyrgyzstan and China, many Chinese teachers report that the biggest challenge they are faced with in the class of Chinese teaching in the secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan is classroom management.According to the interview of Chinese teacher in secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan,whether Chinese classroom management is effective or not sometimes directly influences the progress and efficiency of Chinese teaching. Currently, study on the Chinese teaching in secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan is very limited, volunteers’ teaching experience is insufficient, and volunteers of different terms lack experience exchange. Thus, all these above-mentioned phenomena enable the delayed attention and settlement of problems in classroom management problems in secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan.Taking advantage of the one year in the secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan as volunteers of Chinese teaching, I make certain description for the status quo of Chinese teachers’ classroom management in secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan by the way of observation in classroom, interviews and case collection. This paper plans to start from the real case of Chinese volunteer teachers’ classroom teaching, and divide the cases of classroom management in secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan into the two aspects of behavior on problems of classroom management and accidental behavior in classroom management so as to make case analysis. Then, find the corresponding reasons from the case and put forward reasonable suggestions. In addition to the resolution strategy proposed for problem-related behavior and accidental behavior,this paper summarizes the volunteers’ suggestions and puts forward effective strategies to improve the classroom management in other aspects, with the hope that it may inspire the forthcoming volunteers to work in secondary schools in Kyrgyzstan.
