The flourish development of international Chinese language education,requires more and more Chinese teacher to do overseas teaching. Then howto help them better understanding and adapting overseas environmentbecomes a core question we must care. In such circumstances, in order tooffer study reference for other teachers, we can draw lessons from CaseStudy in MBA training, using actual cases to reveal the problems we needto face and solve in the process of overseas teaching.In the mode of case study, the author use two typical classroommanagement cases, through different perspectives, discussed some complexproblems in her teaching in Donggung Elementary School, aims on betterunderstand and correct her teaching behavior and offering help to otherteachers from practice aspect.
