| In overseas Chinese classrooms,classroom management is often one of the main problems that plague overseas Chinese teachers.An important feature of the CPIK project is the collaborative teaching of Chinese and Korean teachers.In daily teaching and interviews,the author found that Chinese and Korean teachers have their own characteristics in classroom management,which will affect the effectiveness of classroom management to a certain extent.This article starts with the Chinese classroom in Jemulpo High School where the author teaches,selects 21 typical cases of classroom management in collaborative teaching between Chinese and Korean teachers,and divides them into four categories:environmental management,teacher management,rule management,and student management Case analysis for large categories.In collaborative teaching,Chinese and Korean teachers have their own methods and styles in classroom management.When dealing with the above types of classroom management problems,they often adopt different methods and methods to produce different classroom management effects.Through analysis,it is found that the different educational concepts of China and South Korea,the differences in knowledge reserves,teaching styles,languages,ages,etc.of Chinese and Korean teachers,and the cooperation of Chinese and Korean teachers in collaborative teaching all have a great impact on the effectiveness of classroom management.Finally,based on the problems presented in the case,some suggestions were made to Chinese and Korean teachers,Center for Language Education Cooperation and Korean schools: I hope that the main body of teaching,Chinese and Korean teachers can learn from each other and cooperate to improve classroom management efficiency;and the manager of the CPIK project Center for Language Education Cooperation and Korean schools should provide Chinese and Korean teachers with the necessary help and more complete and detailed cooperation methods and contracts.It is hoped that the research in this article can arouse the attention of Chinese and Korean teachers to classroom management,and promote the improvement and development of the CPIK project of collaborative teaching between China and South Korea. |
