Section of successful teaching,cannot leave good classroom management.As a result,Chinese classroom management is more and more attention by all of us.Overseas Chinese classroom management,often encounter all sorts of new difficulties and problems.The author in teaching for two years,find and truthfully recorded the Mongolian college students during some of the prominent problems in Chinese class.Some of these issues is common problem in classroom management,such as eating,sleeping,playing games by mobile phone in class,talking with others and so on.Some questions are unique in the classroom.Mongolia has its particularity,such as students character uprightness of unnecessary conflict,in the history of class conflict,etc.The author hope that through in-depth analysis of the conflicts,summing up the regularity of college students in the face of the Mongolian teaching knowledge,we will how to avoid some unnecessary conflict.Hope that through case analysis of classroom discipline and atmosphere,we can get a general idea of Mongolian college students class basic state and therefore to seek solutions.Through the typical case analysis,this paper respectively from the classroom discipline,classroom conflicts and classroom atmosphere in three aspects in this paper,the problems of Mongolia classroom management.Chapter focuses on a special classification list.On the premise of comply with paper format,as far as possible according to the case analysis of the basic format for recording,which includes case description and case analysis two parts.In this paper,a total of six chapters,the first two chapters,respectively,for the introduction and literature review.The third chapter,the fourth chapter,and the fifth chapter are the main body of for this article.The third chapter mainly for twelve description and analysis of typical cases,the case analysis of classroom discipline,classroom conflicts of case analysis,case analysis of classroom atmosphere.The fourth chapter from the historical origin,cultural differences,the language barrier between teachers and students,teachers' cross-cultural communication ability,class management,deficiency and lack of teaching materials have to respect the attribution.Chapter 5 search for the cause of problem solving strategies:(1)to cultivate teachers' cross-cultural classroom communicative competence;(2)attention to the cultivation of Chinese teachers to teach language ability;(3)the student files on teachers,strengthen the successive teachers' understanding of the students;(4)strengthen the teaching teacher team cooperation ability;(5)the teacher training should not only have a country training,that should have the school training.
