Chinese punctuation is an important part in Chinese written, play a standardized and more accurate expression of the role. Students often neglect it as a part of the written punctuation norms. The thesis based on Central Asia Students’ composition in Xinjiang University, from three aspects of Central Asia students punctuation usage to quantify the statistical analysis, to explore the reasons of students punctuation errors and give some teaching suggestions.The thesis include six parts. The first section introduces significance and related topics of the literature review. Section II punctuation corpus collation and analysis section introduces the source of corpus Institute herein is based on punctuation and statistical analysis. Chapter III punctuation error analysis section, students from physical punctuation,format, analyzes the errors of the type of punctuation. Chapter four introduces the reasons of students punctuation errors using in the generated analysis. The fifth part is make some punctuation recommendations. The last part is a summary.The thesis is depend on previous research of punctuation and Central Asia Students writing, through the use of statistical analysis, surveys and other methods on the punctuation usage errors classify, analyze and give suggests. In the current, Xinjiang Foreign Students’ Errors of punctuation research is not very well, the thesis by Students from Central Asia to use punctuation errors were analyzed in order to Central Asian students learning Chinese punctuation and give teachers some punctuation teaching inspire.
