Rising from abroad, the theory of second language teaching task-based teaching is the theory and method aims to achieve "content-centric" in the 1980. It plays an active role in solving the long-standing traditional teaching issues as well as stimulating students’ autonomous learning ability. The teachers should follow authentic principles,consistency principles,interest principles and interactive principles in the teaching process so that they can help the students to solve the realated tasks to finish the language learning. Primary Chinese learners purpose to efficiently improve communicative ability. Elementary Chinese comprehensive language courses make a point of using vocabulary, grammar knowledge and emphasizing to put students first and promote language creation ability, and using task-based teaching method in Elementary Chinese comprehensive language courses can well solve these problems.In this paper, using the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis, based on the guidance of the task-based teaching method, combined with the principle of constructivism theory, teaching design, to investigate and analysis the teaching status quo of Kazakh Ablai khan University of International Relations and World Languages elementary Chinese comprehensive course classroom.In addition,the paper make pointed references to do the teaching design and contrast experiments, on the basis of evaluation about the implementation of the results, Summarized in primary Chinese comprehensive course teaching based on the task-based teaching method needs to pay attention to the dominant place of students, creating a real language environment and good combination of inside and outside class and so on.
