Ethical Study On The Relationship Between Doctors And Patients

Doctor patient relationship is the specific treatment relationship between medical treatment and patients in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment. It is a microcosm of the social relationship in the field of health care, and also the key to the relationship between the medical field and the medical field. With the development of technology and society, the doctor-patient relationship has the relationship between doctors and patients in tradition gradually evolved into the relationship between hospitals and patients. Due to China’s economic and social reform, social and cultural development, the constant change, restruction and integration of public interests, commercial interests and personal interests, redefinition of the related interest distribution pattern, the doctor-patient relationship also from content to form has undergone profound changes. It is neither a single case, nor a simple dispute, but the external representation of interests of the game, system design, as well as ethical misconduct and other underlying problems behind the relationship between doctors and patients.To ease or eliminate the problem of doctor-patient relationship needs to be recognized the essence and connotation of the relationship between doctors and patients. The doctor-patient relationship is essentially a supply and demand relationship. But the relationship between supply and demand not only includes the components of the exchange of goods, but also the components of moral relations. Therefore, doctor-patient relationship governance requires not only the business interests of the game, also the perspective of ethics to know more, so as to go deep into the levels of ethics moral relationship, psychological contract relationship and partnership and to clarify the inner influence between the two factors, which is just the main research domain.Based on the analysis of the relationship between doctors and patients at home and abroad and the situation of literature, and the ethical level, the problem of the current doctor-patient relationship is found to show complex ethical concern. The ethical care exsits in three kind of typical crisis:the trust crisis in patients without confidence as incentives, the expectation crisis in the high expectations of medical industry, and the humanistic care crisis in medical indifference. At the same time, the study has also found that the ethical concern of these crises is the result of multi factor driven, including insufficient medical justice system, trust crisis caused by information asymmetry between doctors and patients, and expectation crisis caused by the utilitarianism arrogation of moral ethics.On the basis of systematic research on the essence and the main factors of the relationship between doctors and patients, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to the problem of the relationship between doctors and patients in China, specifically including: to establish and perfect the medical security system of justice, to establish and perfect the medical ethics committee to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, to establish a civilized medical patient relationship based on moral belief, etc..
