Research On The Owners Of Autonomy In The Urban Communities

With the rise of the accelerated process of urbanization in China, the urban housingsystem reform and property services, more and more residents have "owner" of this newidentity, while at the same time urban communities in China of several parallel, overlappingfunctions of mass self-organization, to form a complex management system and operationmechanism. This phenomenon leads to Intensive community relations and the waste oflimited resources, affecting the healthy development of the community and the whole citymanagement career. Community interests of property owners are not effectively protected,and the owners of autonomy is precisely the key to solve this problem.The main topic isdivided into four parts.
