With the rise of the accelerated process of urbanization in China, the urban housingsystem reform and property services, more and more residents have "owner" of this newidentity, while at the same time urban communities in China of several parallel, overlappingfunctions of mass self-organization, to form a complex management system and operationmechanism. This phenomenon leads to Intensive community relations and the waste oflimited resources, affecting the healthy development of the community and the whole citymanagement career. Community interests of property owners are not effectively protected,and the owners of autonomy is precisely the key to solve this problem.The main topic isdivided into four parts. The first part is a basic overview about homeowners of the system ofautonomy.The key demonstration is that homeowners autonomy has its theoretical basis andpractical significance. The second part of the paper is about comparison of the condominiumownership legislation in civil law and common law countries, to explore the feasibility of theowners of autonomy in the development of our country. The third part is to in-depth explorewhat affect the owners autonomy and the reality of the root causes of community disharmony,combined with the sociological theory to explain the problems. The fourth part proposesstrengthen the legal thinking of the owners of autonomy and feasibility of proposals to resolvethe contradictions of the community in our country.Look forward to resolve thecontradictions of the community of our country at this stage and to help the changes to theproperty management column as well as relevant judicial interpretations.
