Research On Grid Management Of Rural Communities

In today’s society,with the rapid economic development and the advancement of informatization and intelligent technology,the level of social development and urbanization in rural areas are constantly improving.Concomitantly,the rural people’s demand for public services is the same as that of urban residents,both in terms of quantity and quality.In order to adapt to the changes in this era,the implementation of grid management in rural areas can effectively solve the new needs of rural people for public services,and it is also an important way to innovate social management models in rural areas.At the same time,with the current rapid development of new rural areas,rural social contradictions have become increasingly acute and complex,and the old rural management methods can no longer be adapted.This requires reform and innovation of rural management methods to adapt to the new changes and request of new rural society.The implementation of the grid management model in rural communities is an innovative practice of social management.At present,rural areas need to improve a management system that combines autonomy,legal system,and rule of morality.Even if grid management conflicts with traditional management models and thinking,the management effect is relatively significant under the current form.the way.In the process of implementation,the grid management model is constantly being improved and perfected to adapt to the actual and development needs of rural communities.At present,in order to promote the further development of rural society and improve the effect of rural grid management,it is of great significance to continuously explore the grid management of rural communities and further improve the implementation effect of management.This paper analyzes the specific practice of grid management in rural communities in H County of Dezhou City,and puts forward suggestions on the further improvement and optimization of the institutionalization,standardization and innovative development of the grid management process in rural communities,and gives suggestions to rural grid management in other similar places.Based on the grid management of rural communities in H County of Dezhou City,this paper analyzes and summarizes the concepts of grid and grid management,rural grid management,and combines the theory of collaborative governance,seamless government theory and refined management theory,and through the use of case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct in-depth analysis of grid management of rural communities in H County of Dezhou City,including management status,management effects,existing problems and problem causes.Through research,the main problems include:the grid management function is weakened,inadequate use of information platforms,the software and hardware of rural grid management are weak,and poor nongovernmental organization participation enthusiasm,and analyze the cause from change the administrative color,integration of rural order,operation guarantee mechanism,and information platform design.Then,based on the actual situation,improve the countermeasures,including:advancing the progress of traditional governance methods,optimizing the construction of information platforms,improving the guarantee mechanism,and the participation of multiple subjects.Only in this way can we better improve rural grassroots social management and help rural revitalization.
