On Systemic Integration Of Urban For The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the development of urban and rural economy, the number of migrant rural workers who are engaged in Work and Business is increasing. And the structure of age tends to become younger. These parts of younger rural workers are known as the new generation of migrant workers. The current number of the new generation migrant workers has more than150million and the new generation of migrant workers has become the main city groups of migrant rural workers. The new generation of migrant workers does their own contribution to construction and development of the city day after day. But the city has failed to properly accept them. Therefore, the living conditions, working conditions, urban adaptation and integration of new migrant workers have attracted widespread concern in the community. This article mainly uses qualitative research methods, by taking new generation of migrant workers groups in J city of Shandong province for example to research the systemic integration of urban for the new generation of migrant workers.On the whole, the article can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, which focuses on the background, purpose, significance, ideas and methods of research on the new generation of migrant workers. And that focuses on the account, related literature reviews and theoretical perspective. Finally that introduces the core concepts of the article.The second part focuses on two main dimensions of systemic integration of urban for the new generation of migrant workers and applies sociology of systemic theory to analyze China’s current system. Take example, official system resource involves residence nationality system, labor employment system, and social security system and education system. And informal system resource involves customs, ethics moral, value concept, cultural tradition and ideology. On this basis, the author combs the role of the system resources above in the systemic integration process of urban for the new generation of migrant workers.The third part focuses on the mechanism of urban systemic integration for the new generation of migrant workers. And that discusses social support mechanism of urban systemic integration for the new generation of migrant workers from the perspective of formal and informal support. Finally, that researches on the social exclusion mechanism of urban systemic integration for the new generation of migrant workers from the aspect of system and non-system.The fourth part focuses on introducing the two major paths of the systemic arrangement and non-systemic arrangement of urban systemic integration for the new generation of migrant workers, for the purpose of establishing a clear developed direction. At the same time, various social subjects fully take advantage of superior resources to create a social environment which is conducive to the systemic integration of urban for the new generation of migrant workers.The fifth part focuses on the research conclusion of this article and further points out that systemic integration of urban for the new migrant of workers is a historical process, whose realization cannot be done overnight. Given the limited information gathered, there are many shortcomings to be resolved in this article. Currently, research on systemic integration of urban for the new migrant of workers has become necessary and urgent, which has more important theoretical significance and value for urban integration of new generation of migrant workers, urban and rural economic development, even the construction of harmonious society.
