Earned Value Project Management is one of the most effective integrated controlmethods. Cost and schedule are linked by an intermediate variable (Earned Value), sothat managers can track and control cost and schedule, and predict the developmenttrend of them. What’s more, it can give prompt for the follow-up project management.Tanggu District Comprehensive Service Center for Disabled Person implementsthe "Agent-construction system". When our company won the bid, we used theEarned Value Management in this project. And this is the first time we use thismethod. First, this paper describes how to create the standard of earned value systemand how to determine the basic parameters of the system. Then give the detaileddescription of the construction process based on the critical path for the earned valuemanagement model, the analysis of the performance parameters, the specific reasonswhy there is a gap between the result and the target using the two levels of earnedvalue method, and the prediction of the time of completion and completion cost. Atlast, according to the prediction results, in the subsequent work of the project, takemeasures to adjust the implementation of projects, to achieve project objectives. Afterpractice, Earned Value Management has achieved good results in the project. Itprovides valuable experience and methods, for the implementation of the EarnedValue Management for other project management company.
