Research On The Situation Of China’s Network Anti-corruption And System

Although at present our country has made great achievements in political,economic, social fields, corruption has always been the threat of instability andharmonious development in China. With the rapid development and popularization ofthe Internet, people’s production and life styles has a tremendous change, it hasgradually become an important way in the construction of anti-corruption, but in fact, itis a double-edged sword.This research mainly analyzes the relevant literature on foreign and domesticnetwork anti-corruption system, combining network anti-corruption cases in recentyears, and summarizes the status in the network anti-corruption process. Whilecompared with traditional anti-corruption modes the network mode has obviousadvantages, there are many problems. The network anti-corruption system is the basicway to achieve sustainable development. As a supplementary way of anti-corruptionsystem, network anti-corruption cannot replace the system of anti-corruption becausesystem is the main force of anti-corruption. However, network anti-corruption system isthe combination of network corruption and the system, which aims at making networkanti-corruption standardized, orderly, and legal so as to contribute to the anti-corruptionby institution, and curb corruption from the source.But the current network anti-corruption cannot connect with system, and it is stillin the absence. This study analyzes the current situation, which mainly is manifested inthe lack of ethical, legal, organizational and technical aspects. Therefore, in order tosolve the network anti-corruption institutional vacancy fundamentally, we must achieveinstitutional transition. This study suggests to build a network of civic responsibilityvalues and network ethics system in the ethical aspects; in the field of law, to buildconstruction of information disclosure system and information feedback mechanism; infield of organization, to build the long-term mechanism, official’s honest self-disciplineperfect network the anti-corruption linkage mechanism; in the aspect of technology, tobuild a system of Network Anti-corruption platform, network early warning andsupervision mechanism.
