Hub-based Social Organizations Participate In Social Governance Research

Along with the nationwide wave of innovation governance reforms and China's further emphasis on modern governance systems,traditional management models have been unable to meet the needs of the public.At this time,hub-type social organizations came into being.The pivotal social organmization is an innovative way for local governments to explore "social society".Its existence mainly compensates for government failure and voluntary failure.In order to deeply analyze the specific operation mechanism of the hub organization,this paper selects Kaiyihui,Kaixuan Street,Jianggan District,Hangzhou as the analysis case,and uses the research methods of field research and case analysis to take the government,hub-type social organization,social organization and social environment.From the perspective of the subject,this paper explores the problems and optimization paths of the social organizations participating in social governance.By summarizing the main experiences of typical domestic practices,combined with the empirical research of Kaiyihui,the problem tree and goal tree of social organizations participating in social governance are drawn.A comprehensive three-dimensional explanation of the current situation and existing problems of Kaiyihui in Kaixuan Street,Jianggan District.Based on this,this paper believes that the participation of hub-type social organizations in social governance mainly has the phenomenon that the social organization incubation effect is not obvious,the social organization and Kaiyihui Center are alienated from each other,and the government work results cannot be completed.Starting from the hub-type social organization itself,the hatched social organization,the government and the social environment,the main reasons for this phenomenon are:excessive dependence on the government;lack of self-hematopoietic capacity;imperfect supervision mechanism;and low social recognition.In this regard,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given:open up multiple capital channels;introduce talents,enhance independent innovation ability,improve multi-dimensional dynamic supervision mechanism;increase social participation,strengthen social propaganda,etc.,in order to achieve a significant effect of hub-type social organization incubation,Incubation of social organizations and hub-type social organizations,as well as the development goals of government and public satisfaction.
