Analysis Of PLA Acquisition And Allocation Of Health Resources During Revolutionary War Years From1927to1949

During revolutionary war years from1927to1949,along with military growth anddevelopment of PLA,China,the work of acquisition and allocation of military healthresources grow out of nothing and expand from small to large as well as went through aperiod of high dispersion to a comparatively concentrated situation which finally lead tothe build-up of a full-blown mechanism.This paper elaborates on principles of militaryhealth resources managing.while reviewing basic situation on plan and management of theresources and summarizing successful experiences of the work in revolutionary waryears,thus points out lessons that we should learn in future. It is aimed at providingpracticable suggestions by summarizing successful experiences and objective law of thework while systematically analyzing the historical development of the work duringrevolutionary war years at the same time,that future military health work could learn frompast experience in terms of resources reserve,human resources stationary and training aswell as scientific allocation of health work resources.The paper also analyzes problemsand challenges that military health resources allocation work is now facing in the wake ofworld-wide military reform and tries to find ways to answer these questions.
