Army Inactive Public Driver Performance Management

Since the army began to carry out the system of inactive public officials,inactivepublic drivers gradually become the main force for protecting the management ofmilitary vehicles. In recent years, Each unit develops the methods of managinginactive public drivers combining practical work and sums up some experience.But fewunits and individuals conduct systematic research about that.This paper is based on thethorough critique of inactive public officials system and the characteristics of inactivepublic officials.It analysis the cause of the problems that exist in the management ofinactive public drivers.Then the necessity of applying performance management in themanagement of inactive public drivers will be argued.At the same time,this paperconcentrats on how to design and build the performance management system ofmanaging inactive public drivers.It also declares the requirements and essentials of thesystem. The system is checked through using actual data.This paper can provide somereference and guidance to the management of inactive public drivers.
