With the development of society, the connotation and extension of privacy extended.Since entering the network society, privacy in the form of information spread in thenetwork society, privacy protection under network environment has become the socialrequirements, the network right of privacy theory gradually formed, and gradually getthe legislation value. With the development of science and technology, China has beenrapidly in the network society, people in the use of cyber source convenience of life atthe same time, also suffered in a network privacy violations pain, network privacyviolations have occurred, the people urgently need the law to protect themselves in theenvironment of network privacy right.Based on the above understanding, this paper focuses on the theme of networkprivacy legal protection, the use of literature study, comparative analysis and othermethods, starting from the analysis of network privacy related concepts, the basicproblems of Internet privacy and its legal protection of carding, analysis, research, andthrough the comparison of foreign related system and analysis of the current situationin China in the analysis, the existing problem of our country, put forward to improvethe protection of network privacy suggestions. Analysis of China’s Internetprivacy protection legislation, industry self-regulation and self protect citizen status,and the conflict between right of network privacy and network real name system,human flesh search and network public figures are analyzed;The fourth part is to perfect the main countermeasures of our network privacyprotection. By strengthening the legislation, industry self-regulation, strengthen threeaspects of the moral construction of the network to strengthen our network privacyprotection.
